Learn to play one of the fastest growing sports in the USA! At the end of this clinic, you will know all the basics and will be ready to play games. This introductory class covers the fundamentals: common strokes, basic strategies, rules, scoring, safety and etiquette. Learn proper technique and footwork to execute the following strokes: dinks, serves and groundstrokes. No experience necessary, paddles and balls provided.

What to Bring & What to Wear
To ensure you have the best experience on the court, please review the following guidelines before your session:
Footwear: Proper athletic shoes are required. We strongly recommend court-specific shoes (tennis or pickleball) or cross-trainers for lateral support and stability. Please avoid running shoes, if possible, as they are designed for forward motion and can increase the risk of ankle rolls on the court.
Attire: Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Since you’ll be moving quite a bit, dressing in light layers is helpful.
Equipment:
Beginners: We provide high-quality paddles and balls, so you just need to show up!
Improvers: You are welcome to bring your own paddle, but we will have equipment available if needed.
Hydration:Bring a reusable water bottle. Staying hydrated is key, especially during our 90-minute and 2-hour sessions.
Sun Protection: If the clinic is held outdoors, don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, or a visor to help with visibility and sun safety.
