The Marlborough Recreation Track program (Grades 1–3) introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of track and field. Our curriculum focuses on technical development through a mix of structured drills and high-energy games. Participants will build a strong foundation in running mechanics and explore exciting field events, including long jump, hurdles, and sprints, all in a fun and supportive environment.

Athlete’s "Ready-to-Run" Checklist
To ensure your child has the best experience, please arrive with the following:
Proper Footwear: Supportive athletic sneakers (no sandals, crocs, or boots, please!).
Hydration: A labeled water bottle (we’ll have designated "pit stops" for water).
Active Wear: Comfortable shorts, leggings, or sweatpants and a t-shirt.
Sun Protection: Please apply sunscreen before the session if we are outdoors.
A Positive Attitude: We’re here to learn, compete, and—most importantly—have fun!
